Hello fellow fishermen and fisherwomen! It’s been a busy month at FishingLTD and we’re excited to bring you our third update. As always, we’ve been listening to your feedback and working hard to bring you new features and improvements to the server.
The new prestige system is now live!
Prestige System
Our newest addition is a prestige system that will keep you leveling and provide you with some nice cosmetics and boosts. We know that many of you have been looking for more ways to show off your fishing skills, and we think this new system will do just that.
As you prestige, you’ll unlock new cosmetics and boosts that will help you catch even more fish, or just look cool while you’re doing it.
Level Balancing
We know that leveling up could be a bit boring at times, so we’ve finally rebalanced it! We’ve listened to your feedback and made significant changes to ensure that one fish is no longer equal to 1.5 levels. With this update, the leveling will feel more balanced and rewarding than before.
Tournament System
We’re also excited to introduce our new tournament system! At any given moment, there’s a chance that a 5-minute tournament will start, and all online players are invited to participate. Compete with your fellow fishermen and fisherwomen for the chance to win big prizes - 1st place gets 1000 coins, 2nd gets 500, and 3rd gets 250.
A notification just came in that a tournament is starting!

Igor and Sally
We’re excited to introduce you to our newest NPCs, Igor and Sally, who have taken up residence around the pond.
Sally is ready to help you with all your fishing needs!
Sally
Sally is a ray of sunshine, always smiling and ready to sell you the latest and greatest fishing gear. Whether you need a new rod, bait, or tackle, Sally is your go-to girl. Her positive energy and helpful nature will surely brighten up your day. And if you need advice on how to improve your fishing technique, Sally is happy to share her expert knowledge and offer tips to help you succeed.
Igor is a bit more mysterious, but he’s got some great deals on fishing gear!
Igor
On the other hand, Igor is a bit more mysterious. He specializes in the grotesque side of fishing, selling items like leeches and other oddities that might make your skin crawl. Despite his somewhat ominous presence, Igor is a valuable resource for those who want to try their luck with unconventional fishing methods. Who knows what secrets and surprises Igor has in store for our community? We can’t wait to find out.
Setting up Shop
While our NPCs may be busy at the moment, we promise that they have big plans for the future. Stay tuned for updates and more information about what Igor and Sally have in store for you.

Night Vision
We’ve added a new setting to our settings menu that will give you night vision, making it easier to see and catch fish in the dark. Turn it on or off depending on your preference.
Bug Fixes
As always, we appreciate your reports and feedback! We’ve fixed several bugs that were reported by our community, and we’re happy to announce that our most active bug reporter, “afkuser” has earned their own little hat in-game as a token of appreciation.
All bug testers will receive a turtle helmet as a token of appreciation!
